Q. Is this system hard to learn?

A. No, this is a touch screen system with large buttons for more accuracy.

Q. Will Tab Wizard help with inventory control?

A. This system can handle food and beverage control. It will keep the pull tab sales and food and beverage sales seperate.

Q. What is the Warranty?

A. We offer a one year warranty on all hardware, as well as 90 days on service calls.

Q. Will my information be secure?

A. You have the choice of making some, all or none of your information password protected to ensure your companys cofidentiality.

Q. How much training is involved?

A. Our software is very user friendly. We usually need about 30 minutes training with employees, about 2 hours with management.

Q. How many systems can be networked together?

A. We can network up to 4 terminals together.

Q. Do I need a scale?

A. Yes, to ensure total accountability on a per shift basis a scale is needed.
